FAQ
What is the difference between your PVC windows and your hybrid models?
Both of our lines offer top-tier thermal insulation, but they meet different aesthetic and structural needs:
White PVC: This is our timeless classic. Featuring a lustrous finish, it incorporates an innovative anti-warping system and a dirt-resistant weather seal. It is ideal for minimal maintenance and offers excellent value for your money.
Hybrid (PVC/Aluminium): This option combines the insulating efficiency of PVC on the interior with the durability and premium look of aluminium on the exterior. The exterior aluminium is available in 4 highly trendy standard colours: black, charcoal, white, and commercial brown.
What is an emergency access window (Egress) and when is it necessary?
Are your doors and windows built for harsh Quebec winters?
Absolutely. Our products are proudly "made here, for people here" and are ENERGY STAR® certified. To maximize their energy efficiency against the cold, we rely on three key components:
Double glazing (7/8") or triple glazing (1 1/4" or 1 1/8", depending on the model) with Low-E argon gas (a low-emissivity film that traps heat inside).
A triple weatherstripping system to eliminate all air drafts.
A warm-edge spacer bar with excellent insulating properties.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your windows?
We offer one of the best warranties on the market to give you total peace of mind:
20 years on sealed units (thermos), white PVC, and hardware (heavy-duty stainless steel hardware is included at no extra charge).
10 years on aluminium components and paint.
5 years on labour.
2 years against spontaneous thermal breakage.
1 year on screens and weatherstripping.
